At the checkout, users are required to provide their contact information, including a valid name, shipping address, email ID, and mobile number. Also, users are required to provide financial information (like credit/debit card number and expiration date). Financial information is strictly used by the payment gateway providers adhering to appropriate security protocols. As a merchant, we only get to view masked details of any credit/debit card or any online transaction which is required to verify orders going in pending state and/or have any concerns associated with them. Pending orders need to be processed manually by us wherein money may be deducted or may not be charged from users’ accounts.
